It was heavy rainny day yesterday, but today is sunny. The carpenters started to break the roof again from this morning.
By the way when I went to the postoffice, I went to the beach to take a photo. Then I found the tree of "Tsubaki" (Camellia) by the sea.
The color of red of Tsubaki and blue of sea are really beautiful.
Do you know that Izuooshima island is very famous for this flower Tsubaki in Japan?
They have Tsubaki festival every year from January to March.
But in Shimoda, we have a lovely place where we can see a lot of Tsubaki. That is "Shimoda Koen" (Park) in Shimoda town. ( I took second photo at this park 2 years ago.)
There are 161 kinds of Camellia and 5,000 trees in this park. Besides there are some quiet places where you can see the ocean.
