Have you ever had "Ochazuke"?
This is a traditional Japanese cooking.
We usually make it with, for example, rice, sea urchin, Umeboshi and green tea.
But today I used more garnishes for today's our dinner, dried fish, Konbu, Wasabi, small rice puff and Dashi soup.
It was really good ! .....
This is my son, "Yuuki".
He wanted to drink Dashi soup, but when he brought rice ball up to do it, all things dropped from the above to his head.
"You were pleased with Ochazuke very much, right ?"
