2012/04/23 It rained cats and dogs in Shimoda.

120423beach01Today we had a heavy rain around noon here in Shimoda.

This rain stopped all trains running on Izukyuko line between Ito and Shimoda after 2:00 PM.

I took this picture at 1:30 PM.
