As I had a meeting today I went by walking.

It was sunny today too in Shirahama.
The plum trees are fully blooming and the white-eyes came to this tree to get hunny.
We usually can find them two birds, they may be a couple.
This is a good season for them because they can find easily many kinds of flowers in our garden.

This is a picture which I took when my son and I went to the beach yesterday.
This place where we found was on the left side of the beach.
There are some rocks and some of them have a small hollow on it.
And we can find sea anemones in this hollow. .....
Today it was very beautiful day after some days in Shirahama.
So my son and I went to the beach to take a walk.

Today it was cloudy and a little cold in Shirahama.
The ocean didn't have big waves.
Yes, it seemed like a "Lake".
Shiraham beach has usually good condetions for surfing.
It was very good for waling on the beach because we didn't have strong wind, but there was no surfer in this beach.

The color of Shirahama beach was too beautiful in these days.
I see this sea every day but I am never bored it like today.

I had to go to Shimoda for shopping and anything else, so my son and I went to the beach today.
When we got to the beach and I was taking pictures my son was watching the cars running on the road.
"Look, dad ! There are big truck and bus overthere !"

My son and me went to the beach after a long time.
Yes, it was a first time for us to see the ocean this year, because we were very busy during new year holidays.
Today it was a little cold and we had a very strong wind from east, that's why there were many windsurfers on the ocean.
We don't need the strong wind like today but it was a good condition for them. ....

Before going to Shimoda for shopping my son and I went to the beach to take a picture.
It was very warm in Shirahama today, so there were many people to take a walk.
Some of them were in the water without shoes.
We usually don't see such scenary in this season because it is almost end of the year. ....
Today I had to go for shopping, so I went to Shimoda with my son, "Yuuki".
After that, we went to Shimoda harbor to see the ships.
"Look, Yuuki ! There are big ships overthere."
"What is the name of that ship with the crane ?"
"........... ."
Yuuki always reads the book of behicles as his treasure, but he couldn't aswere my question. Because his book doesn't have an information of that ship.
"Don't move, boy ! Watch your step ! There is a sea over here."
By the way I am showing the picture of Shirahama beach..... .
In these days I had been working in Sakuraya, so my son and I went to the beach by walking after some dasy.
And then my son started to find something.
"I found it, dad !"

Today it was very warm so my son, Yuuki, and I went to the beach.
After getting to "Shirahama Chuou Beach" which is next to Shirahama Ohama beach, we got into the beach and started to walk together.
When we were walking on the beach we found some branches of the tree and drew a big picture on the big cambus of the sand.
At that time my son found something in the sky ...... .

Our Pension is on a hill but we could hear the sound of the sea today.
When I went to the school to pick my children up I went to the beach to check it.
It was cloudy and had big waves today.
I was wondering that there is nobody on the beach, but .....
Today a small music consert took place at Shirahama elementary school, so my wife, my son and I went to see it.
After that, when my wife went to "Family Mart" in front of the beach my son and I went to the beach.
We could see a family with small baby and they are taking a picture.
I guess that their baby is a first child, so everything is fresh for them with new baby.
When I was taking pictures my son said,
"Airplane, dad !!" ......
Now I am writing this weblog at 11:30 in the night.
It is very cold outside, so I can not open the window tonight.
Today we had a strong wind from west and there were some ships in the sea.
Yes, this is a tipical scenery of winter in Shimoda.
That ship is staying in this area until the strong wind will stop.
Because they have very strong wind at the southmost area of Izu peninsula today and it would be 30 meters per minutes or more.
They can not go through this area because of its danger.
By the way, when my wife and I went to Shimoda we found the rainbow.
It was raining over that ocean, I guess, but in Shirahama ........

"What's that, Yuuki ? "
"Sea !"
Before going to Shimoda for shopping we went to the beach and asked my son.
Then he answerd me so.
"That's very beautiful sea, right ?"
"Beautiful !!"
Today's Shirahama beach was really excellent. ....
It was sunny in Shirahama yesterday, but was almost cloudy today.
As I had to go to the small citizen hall in Shirahama I went there with my son, Yuuki.
We walked on the beach for a while after that.
(He was looking back his shoes. Was there anything back your shoes, Yuuki ?) ......
We had a holiday in Okinawa last week.
And when we came back to Shirahama it had already been dark.
Besides we had been very busy to prepare for this weekend in these days.
So I could go to the beach to take a picture after a long time today.
In Okinawa we went to Ishigakijima island and Haterumajima island.
They have excellent beach and nature, but actually this Shirahama beach is very beautiful same as Okinawa, I think.
Today it was almost cloudy and we had sometimes a little rain in Shirahama.
As I had to go to Shirahama Tourist Information I took my children, Hikari and Yuuki, together.
There was nobody on the beach, even surfers, becase we did not have good waves today.
When I was in the office I heard a voice of Yuuki crying outside.
I asked my daughter and she said,
"Yuuki wants to get off the shoes. But I said No because it is rainning here today."
I sometimes take my children recently and my son plays on the beach, so he wanted to do it today too. .....
Today we had no wind in Shirahama.
The sun was shining and the sea was really beutiful.
There was a group of surfing but they didn't have good waves here.
Today it was good day for reading a book on the quiet beach.
I had been worrying about Typhoon one week ago, because we have many guest during these holidays.
But it didn't land to Japan fortunately this time at last.
In stead of typhoon we had a very beautiful day in Shirahama.
The blue sky and shinning sea, everything is excellent.
Besides we coudl see Izu Seven Islands clearly today !!
After cleaning up I went to the beach to take a picture with my chidlren. .....

We had a strong storm in these days, but today it was a beautiful day in Shirahama.
After cleanning up the kitchen we went to Shirahama beach with my son, "Yuuki" and my daughter, "Hikari".
There were many surfers in the sea, but we were very surprised when we found one thing on the beach...
Last weekend it was cloudy and we had strong wind in Shimoda, but it was very beautiful day today.
I took this picture from the top of mountain behind Pension Sakuraya.
We can see Amagi mountain, Inatori cape and Izu seven island from here.
The white sand and blue sea are excellent ..... .
Today it was more beautiful day than yesterday !!
From this morning my children were very excited, because they could go to the beach today too.
My son, Yuuki went to the bed too late last night, so he was not fine this morning.
But I said, "Let's go to the beach !!"
He became be really excited soon and went to the beach holding his hands with his grand father.
As I had a job this morning I went after my job was finished.
During summer we go to the beach through the buiding of "Resupo Shirahama".
This morning I could see the beautiful scenery over this buiding. ....

Today my parents came to Shimoda from Miyazaki Pref. in Kyushu by airplane and train to meet their grand children.
So we, my children, parents and me went to the beach for swimming together.
(It was 3rd time for my children to swim. We can not go to the beach as we are very busy during summer season.)
As usual my son was not scared the sea and wanted to go into the water with his grand father.
(A baby with red swim wear is my son, Yuuki.)

During Obon holidays we had a lot of traffic jam in Izu peinsula, but we don't hear about it in these days.
One of our guests who arrived at Shirahama this morning
, they could get to Shimoda after about 4 hours drive from Tokyo.
Actually they left from Tokyo at around 4:00 am.
Anyway I could see a lot of people at Shirahama beach today.....

"Walking was faster than driving on route 135 today."
Today was Sunday, during Obon holidays and beautiful summer day, that's why they had a traffic jam. .....
