Hi Mr Yamamoto and family.

We are glad to hear that everything is ok there after the earthquake and typhoon! We are living in Spain now, close to the beach, however we miss Japan and Izu a lot! Hope one day we can return and we will visit you for sure!

Hello, Marissa & Mario,

Thank you for your comment.
Yes, I remember you very much, because you had a birthday surprise present during your stay here.

And thank you for worrying about us.

As I wrote on our blog there was no problem here in Shimoda this time.

We look forward to meeting you someday again.

Have a good life in Spain!!

Hello there Pension Sakuraya, just came across this e mail when I was looking for information on the earthquake. Glad to see you are all ok and that the weather has improved. It rained all the time when we stayed. From the pictures the beach looks really busy now. We had a fantastic time in japan with you and on our 14 day tour afterwards too. Anyway glad to hear you are all ok and thank you for your hospitality when we stayed.

Hello, Tim,

This is Mr. Yamamoto.
How have you been?

Thank you very much for your comment and staying at Sakuraya for 4 nights on last July.

We are very glad to hear that you were able to have a great time in Japan.
But I think it was a little regrettable you didn't have sunny days during your stay in Shirahama.

I think the news of the earthquake was reported in the world because my friends who live in abroad worried about us.
Actually I was very surprised at that earthquake when it was happened because I was just sleeping at 5:07 in the morning.
However there was no problem and everything is OK.

Thank you very much for worrying about us and we hope you and your family are very fine.
